Just read a fabulous article in Runners World about the remarkable Fauja Singh.  Mr Singh is remarkable for a number of reasons:

He is a multiple marathon runner
He is a world record holder
He is a global ambassador for Sikhism
And, incredibly, he is 98 years old!!!
