Since I started this blog it's taken on a life of it's own! I've retitled it 'Just One More Mile' because it's not just about me any more. It's about all those other extraordinary runners, some of whom I'm lucky enough to count as friends, who are doing amazing things... and always running 'Just One More Mile' to help other people..
